Processing & Shipping

We ship every order from our workshop in Somerset, Wisconsin. Here is what to expect.

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 3-5 business days after you approve your digital proof. Your proof is typically sent within 24 hours of placing your order, so total turnaround from order to shipment is usually 4-6 business days.

During peak seasons (November through December), processing may take 1-2 additional business days. We will communicate any delays directly.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. We ship via USPS and UPS from Somerset, WI 54025.

Orders of $75 or more ship free within the continental United States.

Rush Processing

Need it faster? We offer rush processing for an additional fee. Contact us at [email protected] before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your timeline. Rush availability depends on current shop workload.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available at our workshop in Somerset, Wisconsin. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. We will send you a notification when your order is ready.

Bulk & Corporate Shipping

Shipping for orders of 10 or more units is quoted per order based on total weight and destination. Contact us for a custom shipping estimate before placing large orders.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your package leaves our workshop.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, contact us within 7 days at [email protected] with photos of the packaging and the item. We will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement at no cost to you.
